Space is something that is very much out there. If it comes close to us for example in the shape of meteorites it usually is bad news indeed. Join Dr D Brown (NTU) in his talk It's Raining Space Rocks to find out how micrometeorites rain down into your back garden every day and how to hunt them down.

This talk is an online streamed talk to booked visitors.

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

In Dr D Brown's (NTU) talk It's Raining Space Rocks he will be outlining how this surprising statement is actually true, what these micrometeorites are and what they can tell us. Most interestingly, the talk will also outline how you can find these in your own home without any specialised equipment.

Given the current COVID-19 situation, this event is not taking place as a public NTU event. However, Dr D Brown (NTU) will provide an online talk on this topic to everyone who is booked onto this event. We will email a link to the material on YouTube to everyone who has booked. We will be happy to answer questions posted during the talk.
